In connection with the processing of personal data, in accordance with Art. 13 Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we provide the following information.

We strive to minimize the amount of personal information we process so that it is sufficient to provide the quality of services you expect of us, to meet legal obligations, and also to protect our legitimate interests. We process the personal data of our customers, as well as our potential customers or fans who have given us voluntary consent.

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • name

  • surname

  • address of residence

  • ID - if you are a legal or natural person

  • telephone number

  • e-mail

The operator also uses information about the use of its products and services, about the products that customers have bought or are considering buying. It also uses information on the use and behavior of users on the operator's website, or information from the information bulletin sent.

The operator also keeps records of e-mail or chat communication, or other communication with you in electronic or written form.

To monitor its website, the Operator uses the Google Analytics analysis tool, which prepares the data chain and monitors how visitors use the website on the Internet. When someone browses the site, the system generates a cookie to record information related to the visit (pages visited, time spent on our site, browsing data, leaving the site, etc.), but this data must not be linked to the person of the visitor. This tool is a tool to improve the ergonomic design of a website, to create a user-friendly website and to enhance the online experience of visitors.

Google Analytics provides anonymous statistical information to the Operator. It processes IP addresses and information from "cookies" used on our website, so we know how many of our pages have been viewed, the number of users, which browsers they use (we can focus our resources in the right direction for maximum compatibility with most of our users) and in some cases also from which country, city or region they come from. Some IP addresses and information from "cookies" obtained by this provider are processed by it outside the European Economic Area. We confirm that they meet the EU's requirements for the protection of personal data.

You can also contact the operator via Facebook - The purpose of data management is to share the content of websites and presentations. The user can find out about news, current special offers via the Operator's Facebook page and also view photos from selected visualization projects or the actual implementation of the project. By clicking on “like” resp. "I like it" on the Facebook page of Electric City Chopper, the User agrees that the company will post its news and offers on its message board on Facebook. The operator also publishes photos / videos from various events on his Facebook page. The operator publishes this data of natural persons only if their consent has been previously obtained.

We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding purchase contracts, the subject of which is the delivery of our goods and services. This activity includes, in particular, receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, recording payments, sending goods to the selected address and the like.

In order to properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of bookkeeping or handling complaints and grievances. In some cases, personal data also need to be processed for the purposes of litigation and extrajudicial debt recovery.

We also process your personal data for the purpose of informing about our products and services within direct marketing.

We process your personal data in accordance with the law, only on the basis of legal bases in cases where:

In the event of performance of the contract, we will manage your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, including the warranty and complaint conditions.

In the event of a legal obligation, we will manage your personal data for the period required by law. In the case of the Accounting Act, the VAT Act, etc. the period may be 10 years.

We are ready to exercise your rights when processing your personal data.

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who the recipients of your personal data are, what the processing time is.

You have the right to correct if your personal data is incorrect or has changed, contact us and the Operator will update it.
You have the right to delete personal data if it is incorrect or management illegally.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the management based on the consent given before its revocation.
You have the right to restrict the management if you wish we will manage the data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.

You have the right to transfer the data, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, unless this is prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. In case of complexity or a large number of applications, the Operator is entitled to extend this period by another 60 days. If this happens, we will inform you of the reasons.
