PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding purchase contracts, the subject of which is the delivery of our goods and services. This activity includes, in particular, receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, recording payments, sending goods to the selected address and the like.
In order to properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of bookkeeping or handling complaints and grievances. In some cases, personal data also need to be processed for the purposes of litigation and extrajudicial debt recovery.

You have the right to delete personal data if it is incorrect or management illegally.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the management based on the consent given before its revocation.
You have the right to restrict the management if you wish we will manage the data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.
You have the right to transfer the data, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, unless this is prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. In case of complexity or a large number of applications, the Operator is entitled to extend this period by another 60 days. If this happens, we will inform you of the reasons.
However, if your request is manifestly unfounded or repeated, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs associated with providing this service.
